About Me

My name is John Devine and I am a 25 year old Electronic Engineer from Dublin, Ireland.

My Job:

My current Job is a local family run hardware store called Devine’s Hardware & Car Accessories.
Were we do a vast range of products and services, from fitting Car bulbs and wiper blades to programming electronic immobiliser car keys, and general hardware goods, including plumbing, electrical & tool supplies.

*soon to be expanding to computer parts and accessories (due to popular demand,) Those items will be included in this site when we get the stock in. Watch this space!

My father and I are also fully qualified professional Locksmiths, and both of us are on call to do emergency lock opening services for home locks and car locks in the south Dublin area.

Over the years we have got a name for ourselves for helping customers solve their problems with various things. It is the reason our business has gone from strength to strength over the last 24 years. It was from this upbringing that made me want to help people solve their problems as it is the best way to build a successful business. (not ripping people off, which will make money in the short term, but not a sustainable business)

Believe it or not, it is why we are recession proof right now. We are one of the very few businesses that are actually having a ‘Thriving Recession’
(Quality service & customer service are the key to it, plus the fact that we sell everyday things that most people need)

My Aim with this Site

Now I am expanding the business further by doing something that I love doing and something that everyone has, and that is Computers.

I have always been interested in computers ever since I was a child, always dismantling them to see how they worked,
and in my teen years I used to salvage old PC’s and fix them up as a hobby. I was always called by friends and family
to fix Computers whenever they malfunctioned. I still to this day fix computers for friends and family.

From this, I learned that most PC problems are software related.
I also notice that the main reason PC’s have software related problems is because of the lack of proper PC maintanence.

Have you ever wondered why a brand new computer works brilliantly for the first year, and after that, it starts slowing up, becomes prone to error’s and crashing?

Nearly everyone these days has a computer wether it is a PC or a Laptop, and everyone would always have problems with a PC at some point in time. That is why i set up this website to try and teach people about proper PC maintenace, and provide access to legitimate easy to use software to do just that. Maintaining a computer is much easier than fixing it when something goes wrong.

A sticth in time, save’s nine. (as the old proverb says!)

Get my 100% FREE 20 page e-book to fix your slow computer when you sign in your name and e-mail into the corresponding box to your right.

Customer satisfaction is Paramount, and it is my number one aim with this website.

I have trouble seeing your site clearly through the most recent release of Opera. Looks fine in Explorer 7 and Firefox however.

Yeah the main site is very badly done. I need a professional web designer to do a proper job of it.
