On a recent update of Advanced System care, I discovered that they have new turbo boost feature, which is awesome.
The feature disables unnecessary programs and services of which you can choose to disable or not.

Another feature of this multifunctional tool.
A TCP/IP optimiser. This cool little program changes values of your TCP/IP settings such as the MTU, packet data length and other boring stuff that nobody cares about. Just a few clicks with this program and its done.

Nortons Internet security program cost at least €50 (could be up to €70 in the stores.) It just goes to show you, who really pays for their advertising budget?
Also norton is a massive program with so many inefficiencies and mini background programs running that is slows down your PC loads. Especially if its an old one. Iobit’s security 360 is a lite program and barely uses any background resources.

Happy new year everyone. Thanks to everyone for all your support last year. This blog is not even a year old yet.
I will continue to help everyone who visits solve their computer problems, I invite everyone to post a comment anywhere on this page with their computer problems.

I just uploaded Video’s yesterday in 3 parts that go into exactly how I got a PC that was just thrown away in the local recycling centre and fixed it up with a bit of my knowledge and special, brilliant software. So it cost me nothing whatsoever to do. The software by the way, has a fully functional free edition, which is what I used. Get it HERE
A Quick Summary of what I did:
I got the start-up time from nearly 7 minutes down to 1 minute 30 seconds.
The Computer had 512MB RAM, Originally it was using a whopping 400MB when first loaded. I got it down to using 120MB. You will see how I did it in the video’s. I have cut all the boring bits out (eg. waiting for the computer to scan and so on)

I discovered this tool about 2 weeks ago called Advanced System Care by Iobit, The same company that makes the FREE ‘Smart Defrag’ Program that i mention in my free guide ‘6 steps to a Blazing Fast PC’.
After 2 weeks of testing on 5 different computers, I have seen the things that it can do. Here are a few of its many features:
- Advanced cleaning of the Registry that is like no other I have ever seen. It returns more invalid entries than any registry cleaner that I have tested over the last 2 years. (it probably is the best Registry Cleaner on the market, but i don’t like to say unless I know for certain. There are hunderds of different ones, and I have tested it against the top 6 available.)
- The Smart defrag program is also included.
- Defraging of the Registry
- Privacy file cleaner. – Completely erases all traces of where you have been on the web. This feature is also highly customizable, you can choose which privacy files you want to eliminate. From harmless tracking cookies to sensitive password data.
- Advanced spyware/adware remover. – why buy a spyware specific program when this one has it?
- Junk File cleaner
These are only 20% of what this program does. Those of you who know me, know that i am too lazy to write everything that is does. Besides there is just too much there to list.
